This is a large swing trainer (fits golfers 5'9" to 6'5") with a snap on ring that turns it into a medium model (fits golfers 4'9" to 5'9").

Good for both right or left handed golfers.  

Includes 1 set of exercise cords.

**Demo Models are all New Models  - They have never been used we just do not clean the pipe to make them shiny and white. The pipe will have scuffs and print on it like you see in a Home Depot or Lowe's . It does not affect the machine in any way.**

The Dual Ring is used when 2 or more golfers of different sizes will be sharing the same swing trainer.
