Medium fits golfers 4'9" to 5'9"
Large fits golfers 5'9" to 6'5"
If you are sharing a swing trainer and one person needs a large and one person needs a medium you should get the dual ring model. It is a large swing trainer with a snap on ring that turns it into a medium model.
