Official Drawing Rules:

To enter there is no cost or obligation to purchase anything. For a chance to win the Pebble Beach trip, complete the official entry form. Only one entry per person during the promotion period. All entries must be deposited by October 31 2002 . Odds of winning determined by number of eligible entries received. There must be a minimum number of 500,000 eligible entries to draw prize. If a minimum of 500,000 entries are not submitted the prize will not be drawn . An executive representative of Media 2000 Inc. will draw one winner at random on January 28^th 2003.

Eligibility: U.S. residents and residents of other countries, 18 years of age or older, are eligible to enter this promotion. This promotion does not discriminate against anyone participating based on race, sex, age, handicap, religion, national origin or marital status. The following persons are not eligible to enter: employees and their immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings and children and their spouses) of Media 2000  Inc. advertising agencies, game supplier, and any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of this drawing. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. This sweepstakes is void in states where prohibited by law. This sweepstakes is void in States that require registration . Entrants need not be present to win. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted during twenty (20) business days from the date of the drawing, or if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this drawing will be ineligible for prizes and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), misdirected, tampered with, garbled, incomplete, lost or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified.

Grand Prize: 1 week in Pebble Beach 3 rounds of golf. The odds of winning this Grand Prize depend on quantity of eligible entries received. The Grand Prize will be chosen among the eligible entries received. Any taxes, titles, registration and delivering fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient/winner. The retail value of the Grand Prize is $3,950. This promotion is sponsored by Media 2000 Inc., and is being used for the purpose of generating marketing surveys and has no affiliation with the business or show displaying the Give-A-Way. Recipients agree to hold Media 2000 Inc., participating promoters and business establishments connected in any way with this promotion harmless, to release and indemnify its and their agents and employees from any and all liability that may arise from participating in this promotion or any claims arising from the use of a prize. All materials submitted in this promotion become the sole property of Media 2000 Inc. This promotion expires October 31, 2002. One (1) prize of week in Pebble Beach and three rounds of golf (designated course including Pebble Beach) will be awarded. The winner authorizes at no charge, the use of his or her name/picture for future promotional purposes.
